· The kind of honeymoon you want, depends on the type of person you are, so you may not be into a package holiday in the Caribbean, there are however, loads of other destinations that you could consider when looking for the perfect destination for you and your new husband.
· Check out Cornwall in England, you can find lots of quaint little villages here and you get both the sun and the sea as well as plenty of lovely walks and things to see. Combined with the fact that you will be surrounded by traditional pubs and café’s and beautiful scenery.
· Cyprus – Pathos in particular is a fantastic destination with plenty of things to see, if you are fancying a day with a difference, then you could consider tying the knot out here too.
· Skiing – Honeymoons don’t have to be warm, so if you enjoy the cold air and skiing then you could enjoy a break in the Swiss alps, there is nothing more romantic than spending the night in front of a roaring log fire with the snow and cold air shut on the outside.
· Do something different, what about a safari in Africa, before you have kids then this is the ideal time to experience something as beautiful as Africa.
